Scope of work:
Construction of an office, retail, service and warehouse complex with an economic and technical part as well as technical infrastructure: a fire and retention tank in an underground building with surface car parks, access roads and underground installation infrastructure. The complex of office, commercial, service and warehouse buildings along with the economic and technical part was designed in the form of two separate construction structures: an office building. The office building is designed as a 3-storey hall, a two-storey hall with technical rooms on the roof.
