Scope of work:
Renovation of the facade included: replacement of copper flashings on the facade, (flashings of intermediate cornices, flashings sheet metal over the windows, window sills), repair of plaster and stucco, renovation of the sandstone plinth, renovation of external stairs, renovation of metalwork elements – cleaning and painting (barriers, bars, balustrades, etc.)
