Renovation of the monumental facades of the buildings of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw
History: The premises of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw – consists of two buildings, i.e. the first corner building at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 25, corner of Trębacka (formerly the Wessel Palace) entered in the register of monuments under the number: 214, decision of 01.07.1965, second tenement house at ul. Koziej 1 (originally Hotel Kowieński, later Italian, and from 1869 – Kamienica Barszczewiczowska) entered in the register of monuments under the registration number: 204 of 1 July 1965. Currently, the building houses the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw and the Institute of Justice.
The ANPOL company carried out renovation works on the facade. The investment was made to a high standard with the use of specific and special for the type of works and materials, which was required both by the documentation and the monument conservator. The works were carried out by specialists specializing in the renovation of historic buildings under the strict control of the conservator of monuments and architectural supervision in order to maintain the condition of the existing interior for instance smallest details in relation to bones, parapets or cornices.
The high qualifications of our company and the use of appropriate materials guarantee many years of intact use, both in terms of the quality of the work performed and the aesthetic effects achieved for the benefit of the institutions and residents of Warsaw located in this facility.
